To change the payment method in your hosting account:
- Log into your account @ https://login.hostica.com
- Click on the 'Billing Info' option under Billing.
- Under "Choose Another Payment Method", check the desired payment method and click "Switch".
- Fill in the requested info on the next screen (be sure to make any necessary updates to billing information and especially the email address).
- Click Add.
If the card is good, your account will be immediately charged the amount due.
If there is an issue with the card, or if it is declined, you will receive a message indicating so. In that case, you would need to submit a different card or contact your bank regarding your card.
If you are not receiving your billing notifications, make sure to update your billing email address AND make sure you are not unsubscribed from Hostica email notifications. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org
